This Privacy Policy explains how poah.app and its app "Boomby the focus buddy" ("we", "us", or "our") processes technical connection data when you play our game or access our website and Progressive Web App (PWA) at poah.app and poah.app/boomby .

4. Hosting Provider & Third Parties

Our website and PWA are hosted by Strato GmbH. Technical server logs are processed on secure infrastructure in compliance with EU data protection requirements.

Server logs containing IP addresses are retained by our hosting provider only for as long as necessary for technical diagnostics and security maintenance (typically 7 to 30 days), after which they are automatically deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

• Cookies: We do not use tracking, advertising, or non-essential profiling cookies.
• Local Storage / Service Workers: Our PWA utilizes standard local browser storage solely to save game preferences (e.g., high scores or settings) and enable offline PWA availability. No personal data is stored or transmitted via these features.

Under EU data protection regulations, you have the right to request access to, erasure of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
